I'm eating a slice right now and am glad to report it's just as good as the first batch! This recipe is perfect. I love how the top of the loaf carmelizes a little bit. Don't know if you know or not, but shredded zuchinni freezes really well, I always shred mine and then freeze it in individual baggies measured to the recipe and then we can have zuchinni bread all year long! I am dead frieghtened of the blender and have only started using one now that I found one that has about 6 locking features on it. Even then I am still nervous when I flip the switch.

However, the worst appliance/item, in my opinion, is the V-Slicer. You usually find them at home events or on tv. It has a very sharp blade that you slice things on with a safety guard. When I bought it the man said you could cut long vegetables without the safety guard (until the end). So I tried that with a carrot and nearly sliced off the top of my finger. That one went right out the door!

Thanks for the recipe, looks good.Heatherhttp://www.cloggiecentral.comnoreply@blogger.com
