I used to love making homemade ice cream in the summer when I was a kid. We had one of those machines that you had to turn by hand. I planned all my pregnancies so that I was never very pregnant in the hottest part of summer, but still. I freeze my bananas (peels off) and then just blend away once I'm ready to serve - I top them off with any topping you can think of (specially chocolate syrup0!
